Government Open Market Ordering Information

CradlePoint Products

All government orders will automatically receive the quantity 20 – 29 pricing for routers and adapters and the quantity 5+ price for accessories. Please contact us at cradlepoint@tcisystems.com for pricing on quantities greater than 30 units. The minimum order amount is $200.

Ordering

Contact TCI either by email at cradlepoint@tcisystems.com or via phone or fax with your CradlePoint needs. TCI will provide a written quote. If the quote is acceptable, the client can either return the signed Quote with the PO number filled in, or return your internal PO to TCI. The signed quote or the internal PO should be returned to TCI Systems, Inc., via email, snail mail, or fax. Please indicate your method of payment on the PO.

Shipping:

Orders $500 or above, using standard shipping, will be shipped FOB Destination. Orders below $500, will be shipped FOB Origin. If the customer has Special shipping requirements they should contact TCI before issuing the PO as there may be additional charges. TCI will advise as to any additional charges which then must be included on the PO.
